How telehealth works (simple steps)
- Book an appointment. Choose online or call our office. You’ll get appointment confirmation and intake paperwork by email.
- Receive your secure link. Before the session you’ll get a single-use link to join via web browser (works on desktop, tablet, or smartphone). No downloads required.
- Join your session. Click the link a few minutes before your appointment, check your camera and microphone, and your clinician will join you.
- Follow-up. After your session your clinician will discuss next steps, homework, or schedule the next appointment.
- Book an appointment. Choose online or call our office. You’ll get appointment confirmation and intake paperwork by email.

Emergency & safety notice
Telehealth is not an appropriate substitute for emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, having suicidal intent, or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you feel unsafe between sessions, contact local emergency services or your crisis hotline.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes – our platform is HIPAA-compliant and sessions are encrypted. You’ll still want to be in a private room and avoid public Wi-Fi when possible.
No – most clients join through a secure link in their browser. If you prefer an app, you can download one but it’s not required.
If we lose connection, your clinician will call you using the phone number on file. We’ll reschedule or resume as needed.
Yes. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian will complete intake and provide consent; session structure will be discussed with the family.
